Background & Goal

The organization needed to validate whether generative AI could be integrated into core product workflows without disrupting reliability, governance, or existing user journeys. The goal was to test feasibility, validate user value, and de-risk investment through a functional prototype rather than theoretical exploration.

Problem Statement

How can we quickly prototype AI capabilities in real product contexts to validate usefulness, feasibility, and adoption potential without committing to full-scale development?

Approach & Execution

We adopted a rapid experimentation approach focused on real-world tasks rather than abstract demos.

Seek Desktop Automation Interaction PoC Demo

Task automation enabled by seek which can undertake use-case based NL commands to create and execute tasks on a Desktop. This demo includes interaction patterns for affordance on when a system is being “taken over” by Seek and when it is “giving back control” to the user.

Intent recognition UX PoC Demo

Intent Recognition is based on AI understanding the context of the user’s workflows through context (Screenshots, sequences and corresponding actions) and then suggesting the right/appropriate/curated content/task to the end-user. This demo is for the Content Author to setup the Intent Context and the Trigger conditions. This will then further scale to the AI having complete contextual understanding on which content/tasks to present to a user based on the user actions.

AI-Voiceover feature development

AI Voiceover feature for Flow (Guided Interactive Content) to Video export which included voice for texts in content (eg. tooltip instructions). Existing voice is generated by the native browser and is robotic and non-configurable. Customers and Prospects have asked for quality and more control over the voice/video outputs, primarily from BFSI and Medical companies for training and communications. AI enablement on this was explored by discovering voice configurability factors and user needs (replacing words, narration styles, security options and format conversion for content delivery. This is a working PoC prototype (for the Content Author) for user specification testing and demo.
